Your Hasta Collection jewellery sits in a small cotton pouch, with a card inscribed with a unique message (the meaning of the mantra) if applicable. They are perfectly packaged as a gift for yourself or a friend. Please be assured that we always pack your items securely and safely.

We don't want your beautiful new jewellery to fall into the wrong hands, so all orders will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery options:

Standard UK Delivery
All items will be sent Royal Mail First Class Signed for, and will require a signature upon delivery. A tracking number can be provided upon request. Royal Mail aims to deliver your standard delivery within 1 working day.

UK Next Day Delivery 
If you are in a rush to receive your order,  please choose to have your item(s) sent by Next Day Delivery. This is only available for weekday deliveries, and we cannot guarantee same day shipping. 

Worldwide Shipping (EU & ROW)
Items will be sent tracked and/or signed, to ensure a secure, quick and reliable service. Delivery times will vary based on the destination, and a tracking number can be provided upon request. 

Lost / Delayed Post
Very occasionally for reasons out of our control, posts can sometimes take its time or get lost in transit. We will do all we can to help - Please let us know if you have not received your parcel within a week of dispatch. We have tracking numbers for all deliveries. 

Our promise
In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery, we aim to process your items(s) within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you need to receive your items sooner, please let us know. If it is possible and we can, we will! Please note that during busy periods (Christmas, Bank Holidays, Sales), deliveries may take a little longer.  

Returns 
We want your shopping experience at The Hasta Collection to be wonderful and we hope you love each item you receive; if not, we are here to help. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note we cannot refund or exchange gift cards or gift vouchers. 

Faulty items
Just like you, handmade items are unique and special in their own little ways, and there may be minor flaws and imperfections. Every item is checked and packaged with love and care before it is sent out, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a genuinely faulty item, we are happy to offer a full refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred once we have received and inspected the returned goods. 

Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. You must contact us no later than 10 days after receiving your order, and return the item within 14 days.

The items are your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that your items be sent back to us via a reliable delivery service, and that you obtain certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels and returns that are lost in transit. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Once we have accepted your returned item, your original credit or debit card will be credited within 28 days. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty.  Goods returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited.
